TESTIMONIALS

In 1995 a trip to the Bahamas was a 35th wedding anniversary present to my parents from my husband and I. My parents travelled from Moscow, Russia and had the most wonderful time staying in Freeport and sailing to Walkers Cay. Most of all they enjoyed and remembered generous, smiling and bighearted Bahamian people! Since then my father suffered two strokes that left him bed ridden. So he can not travel anymore. My Mom being a loyal partner to my Dad caries all the burden of caretaker and does not leave either. I wanted to brighten my Mom's life and brought her a little token from the Bahamas that could remind her of the beautiful emerald waters of the Bahamas that she enjoyed swimming, wading, sailing and fishing so much. My Mom was delighted. It brought wonderful, joyful, warm memories. Only, she could not wear it. The size was too small. She took it to a local jeweller to size it up, but he said that the ring was very thin and it was not possible to size it up without damaging the prongs which may loosen the stones and cause their loss. He said he did not want to destroy the beauty of the ring. My Mom offered that I keep the ring and wear it. I took it back but did not wear it. I chose to wait until I will be able to bring it to Mr. Ken Thompson in Freeport. I knew that it was he who can and would do it right. It took a while but when I finally came to Freeport last July Mr.Thompson right away assured me that it was not a problem. He did an excellent job sizing up that same very thin ring. I did not have too much time to give to Mr.Thompson either. Yet, he did the job very efficiently (despite the power outage) and was very considerate of my travel schedule. The ring travelled from Freeport to Moscow, Russia for the second time. Only this time it happily ended on my Mother's so careing, hardworking and precious to me hands. Thanks to Mr.Thompson's professionalism and careing heart my Mom and Dad also once again are enjoying what they liked the most in the Bahamas: meeting and connecting with hardworking, generous and very talented Bahamian people like Mr. Ken Thompson. I am very grateful to him too for bringing joy through beauty to my parents.
Sincerely, Tatiana

Dear Mr. ThompsonI was unable to find a Wedding band to fit my engagement ring, you promised to make a band to fit. To be honest I was not sure you were able to make it fit. On seeing your creation I was truly amazed, thank you on a job well done.

Dear Mr. Thompson,
You have restored my ring to its former beauty. Since I lost the stone two years ago the ring was just sitting there. The new setting and stone you supplied made my ring new again. My husband was so pleased with the work you performed.
Thank you
